Mine with a 30 hp isuzu, 10 ton , 27.5 feet on the waterline.... 1000 rpm at the prop equals 4 knots in still water no wind. Prop is 15" x 8" pitch.

My 34 ft CHB has a reduction of 2:1 so whatever the tack says your prop is turning at 1/2 of that. putting along at idle 700 rpm yields prop speed of 350 . Orest
