.in 25 years of boat repair I have seen many welded breakers and another mode of failure,click where a repeatedly reset breaker just does not break anymore.
I would only have fuses on my boat. fuses work when corroded, breakers don't
A fuse is enough of a PIA that you will find the problem and fix it rather than later <click>
