Mike,

I would expect that a reputable company would maintain decent communications with a customer that had already paid for their product in full. From Doug's description of his situation, it doesn't seem like Re-E Power has been acting in good faith. Unfortunately, it doesn't take many irresponsible individual vendors to significantly inhibit the growth of a fledgling industry.
