Ric, as for AGM's, Sam's club (I hate Sam's Club but) batteries are made by East Penn the maker of Deka. The price for their deep cycle AGM beats any other that I have found.
I have a set of West Marine, East Penns in my ICE sail boat that are 7 years old.
