It's going slow. We've had a long deep-freeze so not much of anything gets done. At present, I have removed the old diesel (and managed to sell it, cracked block and all). It's too cold to truly clean the engine compartment so all in-boat stuff has to wait until things get above freezing. The removed engine will stay in the boat (at the forward end of the saloon) until the winter cover comes off in April.My PM-20 system is crated and ready to ship out Monday, according to James at Electroprop. Should have it by the end of the week or so, I guess.Balqon is expecting their shipment of 100ah lithium cells by April. This gives me time to get some charging and balancing stuff cleared up with Elecyr.None of this stuff is off-the-shelf stuff -- even the charger. There is lots if back and forth with the suppliers, but that's a good thing in my opinion. It's like I'm putting together a band, not simply buying a CD... It's actually rather fun. There's so much more to do than I thought before I actually took the plunge.Cheers,/Jason
