John,

You are correct. ABYC published TE-30 (ANS) — Electric Propulsion Systems in 2009. Here's the link to the ABYC website for this standard. http://www.abycinc.org/standards/purpose.cfm#TE30

You'll notice that this standard deals with "System voltages over 50 VDC and 300 VAC". Alternatively, "ABYC E-11, AC and DC Electrical Systems on Boats, is limited to the design, construction and installation of direct current systems that operate at a potential of 50V or less and alternating current electrical systems operating at frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz and less than 300 V ("extra low voltage")". Here's the link to the regular standard which was revised in 2009 - http://www.abycinc.org/standards/purpose.cfm#E11

I would not advise anyone to re-publish those standards in this forum, ABYC takes their copyrights very seriously. For electric drive professionals, like yourself, I would recommend purchasing the relevant portions for your personal reference.
