Along the same line.....is there a very small, 1kw-2kw, diesel generator available? I would love to have a relatively safe fuel for generation. I've searched without success. Is there a reason? thanks, John

I doubt you would be unaware of gasoline sloshing anywhere since the fumes are litter than air and would rise, where as LPG is heavier than air and find the lowest cubby hole to accumulate. The hold link was about proper storage and the hazards not properly maintaining a system.

Although I won't SHOUT about it, I am curious, do you happen to have any links concerning the dangers of gasoline sloshing around in the bilge, duh.
We were, in fact, discussing the merits of LPG vs. gasoline. I nor anyone else was saying that one need not treat the use and storage of LPG properly.
