Can you describe your installation and what kind of problems you are having? There is a wealth of experience on this group, and I'm sure we can help you sort it out. If you are trying to run with insufficient gear reduction as Ken speculated, it's not surprising that you would be toasting motors. Without more info though, it's all speculation.
