Hi Stranded.
The Sevcon Millipak is still available from a number of online vendors. The current version only supports 48V for brushed PM motors like the ETEK.
Alternatively, Alltrax makes a 24-48V controller, the 4834, that is compatible with the ETEK and Motenergy ME0708 motors. These are also available from the usual online vendors.
With either controller, you might have to modify your existing wiring to get everything to work correctly.
