[Electric Boats] controllers for ME0913, any strong preferences?

 

Does anyone have any strong preference and reasoning for one controller over another.  I've been looking at the Kelly and Sevcon controllers but don't have any real strong feelings about either one.  (With reference to the ME0913 motors.)
