Mastervolt is a large company with a good reputation. I don't think you will have issues getting them to honor a warranty claim.  On the down side when I was looking at there motors I found  it hard to get quotes from them.   But that is a pretty common problem for most corporations. They want you to work through there reseller network.

If you go that route, I would personal love to hear what you think of there products and service.

What is the group's general opinion of them?

Do they leak after a couple years in the water?
