Are you sure about that???
If the wattage is the same, and assuming both bulbs are radiating (mostly) visible light - wouldn't the same wattage be absorbed as heat?
The resistance of the 220V bulb may be less to get the same wattage, and the current would be less. But I would expect the heat product to be the same per watt - regardless of the voltage driving it.
By the same logic, I would expect 2kw driving a 24V motor to result in roughtly the same thrust as 2kw driving a 48V motor. In this case, you're pulling less current from the batteries per unit time, so you'd get a better discharge curve from the batteries. But I would hope/expect the prop to be feeling the same thing.

Keep in mind that if both bulbs are rated the same wattage, the 220 volt bulb will put out 25% of the heat that the 110 volt bulb does. The reason is that Wattage = Volt(2) / Ohms.
