I'm running a twin engine 41' Cat with the Solomons systems. There is a lot of info and good people here that love to discuss EP but more info will be needed from you.
Make and assume it's a Sailing cat?
You got sail drives or straight shaft?
What are you planning to do with the boat, what kind of sailing?
What are your expectations?
What is your hull speed now?
A budget # might be interesting. Several ways to approach the conversion as well as systems out there.
I'm sure there are a dozen other questions but that might get us started.
Most of these guys are running small design stuff but love to talk about anything EP so some history will be great.
