[Electric Boats] Honda EU2000i as DC genset?

 

I would love a PolarPower DC generator, but can't swing the price yet. Has anyone bypassed the internal inverter in the Honda EU series to give high DC volts/amps? I know there is a 12v battery charging circuit, but I want 100volts 20amps or thereabouts.
