The Erickson 30+ is about 10000lbs and should have a motor about 10kW. You likely do not use a lot of power as the boat is on a lake but you need to match the battery bank to the motor so that the batteries can provide the power as demanded by the motor. If the bank is too small or poor quality, the batteries will sag at a high power draw and likely provide poor service. If you never plan on going more than 3kts under power, the small pack and small motor might work for you. I would ask you if you would buy a car that originally had a 200hp motor and they replace it with a 75hp motor. The E30+ is a great boat, I would not under power it or put too small a battery pack it if it were mine.
