Vendor alert:
At 11500 dry you boat will need a 10kW system to give you the performance in the range of you old diesel.
6,9kts with an engineered geared system and with a 300AH battery bank 22NM at 4kts and 13NM at 5kts (200AH would be the smallest we would recommend for a 10kW motor). Vendors to consider in alph order:
Elco 2000
eClean Marine 9000 or 12000
Electric Yacht QuietTorque 10.0
Electroprop 20
Some kits are available but I would suggest that a system with a full support frame, proper gearing, proper heat management would be necessary for your boat to reach hull speed. DIY kits are available from these vendors.
