to measure the difference in props absorption
measure the watts in + rpm - luckily the amps are the independent
variable which for the same rpm shows you how much extra or less torque
the prop requires to turn it
you could measure bollard pull for low speed or the over the ground
speed of the prop for cruise peak speeds
Compare how much power , particularly torque (amps are directly
proportional to torque), which also bears most heavily on economy. In
the end the least current draw probably wont be the most economical in
terms of the distance possible or the thrust made
