I'm almost done with a Thunderstruck kit. I have only used the boat once since I put it in, due to my time and the weather being out of sync. I felt comfortable going the cheaper route since I already converted my truck and I'm a machinist, so I knew I could (and did) make the required mounts that come with a more complete kit. I friend of mine is almost done with a Marine Propulsion kit. Very nice! From what I saw, nice parts and very complete. He should be in the water in another week or so. But so far my kit has performed just like it was supposed to. To be continued!
