I am new to this group so help me find this topic if already posted. I bought a 1997 Duffy 21 electric boat which is motor-less. I would hope the technology has improved in the last 18 years! I would like your input on what you would recommend to provide the longest charge, most reliable, and possibly solar assisted so my wife, 2 daughters, and 4 Granddaughters can be safe and happy. We live on a big lake and want cruise quietly enough to hear each other. I am not opposed to replacing the entire drive train from prop shaft forward all the way to the key!
Suggestions? Cautions? Considerations?
