Here's a link to zip file of Michlet software. It analyzes hull and wave resistance and supports several file types including Freeship. If you design in Freeship and wish to use Michlet, I recommend you use Freeship version 2.6. Some of the later versions were modified by people other than the Freeship author, and Michlet's author has removed support from some of these later versions. Godzilla is an application within Michlet that optimizes hull parameters within specified bounds. ie. minimize total drag at a specified speed ,displacement, length and beam.
