This is the Torqeedo 1003 Travel prop in Orange and the other is a Minn KOTA WEEDLESS PROP, Doesn't look like to much of an engineering task to interchange. Maybe shave 3/32 off in a drill press, the shear pin is ok.

Differences with the same motor and controller were about 300% best to
worst results.

It wont increase the performance at all, as power = power.

Increased efficiency can give faster top speeds, or longer run times.

The details matter, a lot, imho.
