I'm sorry but you are way off on this. At nearly 69 I have no problem producing 100 - 150 watts over an hour on a stationary bike. On the road, a top competitive cyclist is probably producing a minimum 200 watts and he can do so for hour after hour.

Normal humans can make about 20-30W, for short periods of time (0.5-2 hr).
Not practically useful for propulsion.
