Do you have some kind of kick connect battery terminals to switch from series to parallel and back?

we simply just connect all the batteries in parallel and charge them up with a 12 volt charger, and leave them there to float charge for 24 hours. then connect them in series. this is a top charge scheme, and even if they do not have the same capacity, they should finish at the same time , if you do not over discharge them. Best to check them from time to time too.
