So if I am understanding this discussion correctly, there is a point in the charging cycle (@ what % charge?) at which ion transfer in the electrolyte becomes undesireable electroysis of the electrolyte.. And apparently that point is associated with either a specific temperature or else a change in the rate of temperature rise. And it is such a specific enough that some battery management schemes use temperature instead of current flow to regulate charging. Is this correct?
