I'm with you Willie. The idea of adding a wind powered generator on top of an electric car to extend the range under power shows a lack of understanding of conservation of energy. As the self proclaimed winner of the "really great invention" award, or whatever they called it, in 2004 with no progress reported since, points to someone that is discovering that some things that sound good in concept may not work in the real world. I'm sure that he built a fine little electric motor, but there is nothing on the site to back up any claims that it is more efficient that many simpler (cheaper) motors.
Maybe the next great idea will come out of somebody's garage, but I doubt that it's going to come from this guy.
