In my observation anything that claims to recharge it's own battery while running is a scam. Even if that third coil idea works, it would increase the load on the other two coils, and would actually INCREASE the battery drain. It ALWAYS takes more power to generate electricity than you get back.
And the web site is WAY too glitzy, to me a sure sign of a scam.
