I hope some of you might be around San Diego next week as we are participating in the San Diego Big Bay Boat Show at the Sunroad Marina 1/24-27/13. Electra, our Newport 30MKll electric, and Fluke, our Columbia 9.6 Yanmar diesel/Electric Yacht Hybrid, will be with us. We will also have a client's Gulfstar 39 Sailmaster 20000 pound cruiser with an electric serial hybrid at the show. Duffy will be giving free rides to guests and there will be an unveiling of a high tech electric kayak.
I would like to solicit this group to visit and check out the show. We will have several electric propulsion vendors attending, Elco, Electric Yacht and Duffy. There will be a presentation on Saturday and Sunday on Electric Propulsion and we really would like anyone who has an interest in electric propulsion to participate.
