[Electric Boats] Re: Batteries

 

Arby's boat (the Ericson 27) was using these (it's a 24V motor, so 4 total) - the form factor on them is more rectilinear than a conventional battery so may fit in some spots that a traditional battery won't. (plus sideways/upside-down...)

Anyone contemplating should find out how they've been stored, and bring a good digital voltmeter to make sure they aren't dried out.
