Just seeing this news now. Would be an incredible loss if group history was lost, and community didn't continue somewhere else.
I'd be interested in helping to move to another platform... or even setting up our own (a la Drupal./ https://www.getopensocial.com/ or similar).

We have seen this before: when MySpace collapsed.
This affects all Yahoo Group members of electricboats@yahoogroups.com - which has been a highly regarded and useful resource, until now.
