Does anyone know the rpm for a outboard prop? Or the input to output ratio of the gearbox? Thanks for all the input.
My electric boat plans are evolving rapidly. I gave up and sold the 25' catamaran Amas project and bought a electric GMC Sinoma conversion to tow the Newport 16 sailboat. For this I'd like to convert a long shaft outboard to electric.
I sold the Amas to a Long Islander, Gary, who has built 6 solar electric boats and told him and a few others about this forum.
