[Electric Boats] How Do you calculate State Of Charge, from charging amps and hours?

I thought I posted this before but my internet connection is pretty dodgy right now as it is via Inmarsat. Anyway I know how to keep track of my SOC (State Of Charge) while discharging, with all the Peukert stuff and all, but I don't know how to calculate my SOC when charging. Anybody have any pointers on this? I put together a spreadsheet for calculating SOC for multiple speed changes and times, but I don't know how to add charging amp/hours to the calculated SOC. Thanks for any help. Oh, and this is for 48v, 220ah FLA bank.
