Like Kirk mentioned, it could be RF noise from your brushes/commutator. The make/break can cause interference, just like arc welders can. Or, it could be from a high frequency variable noise. VF drives are known culprits. One solution is to make sure your radio and motor have separate grounds. Also, and you probably know this already, install an RF filter on your radio's power supply.
