I would like to echo what Eric said about using Lithium. We did our comversion in the maritimes and just could not swing lithium at the prices there. Currently on our way back to Toronto and will be looking to switching. We anchor out a lot and have to rum the generator to protect the agm batteries from sulphating. Lithium would have meant a lot less generator time. At the end of a days sail we quite often have 75% battery after motoring in. Lithium will gladly sit there. Even at 50% you could leave them and not have to charge till ready to go again and a charge to 80% would do them. I will be converting as soon as possible
