The 3R2 series with capacity listed in ampere hours is about the same size and weight at LiFePO4 cells. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck ......
On another page they list supercapacitors in farads. They probably really are what we call capacitors.
Decades ago, I had similar problems with industrial equipment made by the Japanese. The engineers were not fluent in English and the English majors were not proficient in the technology.

Are you comparing apples to apples? These are lithium/carbon capacitors. Did you check out the WP page showing performance of LICs in general?
