I based my comment on the link showing one Go-Float looking almost like a jet ski.
Just off the top of my head, can you visualize as many as eight "grumpy old men" with a little pocket change, building a battery barge about 36' X 3' and able to float up to 40 group 29 FLA batteries, 4 small boats on each side ? Lots of going out and coming home energy, not to mention using a few battery changes while your at "the spot".

As Eric pointed out, the speeds are already at hand. Lower price options will bring the volume of boats on the water.

The question I would ask is, as much fun as the jet ski is, are they already considered a bit of a nuisance, and by how many????

I'm not on a rant, just trying to look ahead, based on what I see now and from times past.
