ASMO Marine has done a number of larger boats, both power and sail as custom designs. Contact Jakob at jakob.klarholt@asmomarine.com. There is also a company in So. CA called EnergyTech Marine Group. We met them last year at IBEX and they are doing large hybrid diesel systems. Their website is: http://energytechmarine.com/ They are pricey, but the system is certainly designed well and will work in your larger boat.
