Where are the motors and batteries located now? What brand are the cells? Sinopoly? Winston? CALB?
What info do you have on the BMS?
I may be interested in some or all of the cells for my own project. Are you looking to sell everything as a complete setup or will you part-out and sell individual cells?
What are you looking to get for a single motor/controller set?

LiFe PO4 is the solution but they are all produced in the mainland of china due to patents.
if you order them, batteries all alight but their BMS terrible, I have twice experiences of burning
BMS cable connection while I am on sailing. the best way is find polar marine or west marine
where you can buy good packed 12v PO4 battery looks like ordinary lead acid batteries.
mine is for 144v. you can not use.
