Bill: I seem to recall I used the lightest (load) marine motor mounts I could buy. I think the one I bought had a load of 150 lbs but, I could be wrong on that it might have been more. The motor after all weighs all of 47 lbs and was probably still over kill. But, it was the lowest load availible. The motor mount is probably more useful for helping to align the motor to the shaft than vibration.
