It's not the batteries then it's gotta be the controller or the motor itself. If it were the batteries you'd have lost the shunt on the Victron meter.
Could be the contactor. Mine is a sealed unit so it's impossible to see what's going on in there. Unsure how to test that. If it's the controller itself you might be able to find out how to hook a CANBus link up to it and slurp out diagnostics.
