Just thinking more about the idea of water cooling.
Might it be the case that you would then be consuming electricity to
create heat, which you then dispose of?
If so, it raises the question of how much heat is acceptable? Is the
heat directly proportional to the amps drawn, or what else might create
it, volts?, load (torque)?
And would this heat be a good reason for understressing motors, rather
than utilising the feature that is the ability to run them for short or
medium periods at more than the rated volts/amps whatever?
