Re: [electricboats] Finally Starting The Build

Mine included buss bars, studs and nuts.  But the buss bars only fit with cells parallel not end to end.  And for my application (16P,  200 amps max) I thought they were a little light so I made my own from copper bar stock I got from Online Metals.

I also upgraded the studs to ones with a flatter bottom thinking I would get a wee bit better engagement of the threads.
I used these screws from McMaster Carr:

McMaster has these M6x20 set screws in brass which might be a better choice than SS?

And these brass nuts but they aren't serated flange type so you'd need lock washers?

Dongguan Lightning Energy Technology Co., Ltd. on Alibaba. I've made other purchases from Alibaba and trust them. I purchased 134 of the 280Ah LiFePO4 cells for $95 each including shipping and delivery to my door after negotiations. I worked with nikkie@lightning-power.cn and had no problems. I can honestly recommend them.
