Thanks for the post about your cells. Oddly enough I just ran across this cell while shopping online last night. I found it 2 different places with 2 different part numbers with both claiming to be a manufacturer. I've spent a lot of time on Alibaba shopping for cells and have found it's very hard to know what is good, what is bad and who actually makes the cell. From the spec sheet you posted it appears that Himax is the manufacturer of the cells. Also,
Many cells look very similar in size, terminal style etc. I wish I could find a list somewhere of all manufactures and the cells they make. Maybe even a rating of each cell as far as quality.
