I'm converting a 27' Cape Dory with a T'Struck 10kw motor and a 200Ahr LiFePO4 battery pack (8.6 kwh) and all my research so far indicates that it may be reasonable to expect to achieve 8-hrs of running time at 3 to 3.5kts depending on conditions, and assuming no more than 80% DOD.
This remains to be validated in actual experience.
At some point, I would hope to be able to add some wind or solar generating capacity.
