Counterfit.
Do not exist.
Best 18650 cells were 3100 mAh, nowish 3300 mAh iirc- PANA.
There are no commercial cells being made to higher capacity.
The fakes usually work ok for 1-2 months - my experience.
I would recommend only buying from a seller, asia is fine, with address,
phone nr, contact details, website, and 1 yr plus presence.
A typical "us seller" is a bounce remailing address when fake goods are
sold for $$$.
