Your motors must be pretty far from your batteries to need 5/0 cables, my motors are about four feet from the batteries and I only needed 4/0 cables on the runs to the motors. You can see my positive bus bellow.

I have never regretted over sizing cables. I have plenty of regrets the few times I did not.
