Glad to hear from someone using the Orion BMS, I am currently using another brand, that just went out of business, I am using the centralized MiniBMS, so switching to the Orion BMS should be just a swap out. Any pictures of your Orion and Andromeda setup? I never really cared for the high and low warnings being dependent on the key position on the MinIBMS any ways.
My current setup looks like this :
You can see that I fused the lines before the BMS. The Orion BMS also just needs a single line to each Cell?

Mike,
I'm using the ORION BMS with the Andromeda monitoring system and couldn't be happier. It monitors a pack of 48 LiPo's with the balancing within .02V max. It also tells me what the usage is per motor (I have 2 drives) and the % of charge. I charge to 98% at 190AH though the batteries tested at 202AH. I had Andromeda build a custom display programed for my boat and it's at the helm. Both products are fully programable and user friendly.

I would also like to hear what people are doing about balancing their battery packs. Who is using an equalized to keep each individual battery equal in the string? What are your experiences?
