Re: [Electric Boats] Using Honda 2000i heat

Be careful - the exhaust is mixed with the fan air. DO NOT USE THIS IN A
CLOSED SPACE!

Carel:

Reading your message just gave me an idea. I am using a Honda 2000i to help
provide charging for my 30 foot electricaly propelled sailboat. I have found
that the Honda's fan (which is ducted downward) does an excellent job of
drying towels, bathing suits, shoes and anything that gets wet onboard. Now
that the season is heading toward fall perhaps ducting part of this heat to
the helm can make things nice and toasty on a cool day. One must be careful
to make sure to use only the fan heat and not the exhaust though.
