Thanks for the reply. But, as soon as I dropped anchor I kept the Honda running just to keep charging the batteries until they reached about 52 volts and then shut it down to make things a little quieter. The next day I stopped at a dock and went on shore power. The Zivan went though a complete charge cycle with no problems. Took longer than usual but, the bank seems to be ok. I have a Paktraker and the voltages between batteries are usually within about .3 volts of one another though they dance around a bit. Though the most positive battery in the bank is usually the highest sometimes .5 volts higher than some of the others but, not always.
It's interesting to see how the charge voltage changes amoung them.
I guess I should disconnect the solar and wind generator and let the batteries rest for awhile to get a true SOC reading right? By the way the batterries are each 210 Amp AGM's

Mike, You really need to wait at least an hour or so to get a stable voltage measurement that relates to state-of-charge. They will come up a little bit. Concorde says 11.9 volts = 25% state of charge so you should be OK.
