[Electric Boats] Another 'working' electric boat i've discovered on my trip.

Well after the Electric boats used on the reservoir in Singapore, I
found an other example, Avignon, France.

The little ferry, ' 'Ville d'Avignon' that the city runs across the
Rhône, just upstream from the iconic Saint Bénezet bridge is electric.
This boat isn't really a pure electric, it looks like they added some
sort of pod motors and batteries to a boat that is otherwise powered by
a Penta stern-drive. The diesel is still there and when the river
floods, they probably need the power...

Looking at the controls, there seem to be two independent systems -
they 'thrust vectored' to dock, using the two joystick throttles. There
were 4 Curtis battery meters and two very large industrial battery
chargers, so I assume two independent dual battery bank systems.
