Yes to almost everything, but you will need a lot of money and be able to enjoy very short moments of pleasure. Use the search function and you will find almost all your answers in this group.
The type motor I think you will need, I have seen a picture of one mounted in a four place plane, it would fly for about one hour using a li-po battery pack $$$$$$$$, in a boat I would think maybe 15 or 20 minutes at best.
